You don’t need to be home for delivery or pickup, although it’s ideal to have a project manager (someone else you trust with your project) around. However, as long as the drop-off location is clear and accessible, and you leave notes about specific placement instructions when scheduling, we can handle the rest. We recommend you book 3 to 7 days in advance before your project starts to ensure availability. However, we strive to accommodate same-day or next-day deliveries whenever possible, so if you have an urgent need, call us anytime. Simply contact us as soon as you have a need so we can do our best to make the arrangements.

Aligning with our transparent pricing policy, our dumpster rentals include both drop-off and pickup fees in the pricing, which you will know upfront. For any additional costs, such as for exceeding weight limits or extended rental periods, we’ll also clearly communicate them beforehand.
