PERFORMANCE ROLL OFF SYSTEMS, INC. POLICIES We at Performance Roll Off value our customers and want to provide you with the excellent customer service for which we are known. Please take a few minutes to read through our policies.Policies

  • Maximum weight limit is 5 tons.  The charge for loads that exceed 5 tons is $55 a ton over 5 tons. If the overall weight of the container exceeds 10 tons or the container is loaded unevenly with heavy material the customer will be liable for the off loading the container to meet the Department of Transportation requirements. And a trip fee will be assessed. 
  • Our containers are tarped for safety and containment. Please only fill the container to the “Maximum Fill” line on the container/dumpster. Department of Transportation (DOT) has set restrictions as to the gross weight of the container. Additional charges apply. Any and all fees, fines, or citations as a result of the customer’s use will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Payment  is expected by cash or check at the time of delivery.
  • Commercial accounts may be invoiced with prior approval.
  • Please have adequate access for our driver to deliver or service your container.
  • Wasted trips because of inaccessibility will be charged a fee of $75.00   
  • Hazardous Waste. Any material to be disposed of by Performance Roll Off Systems shall not contain any hazardous waste. Hazardous waste includes: any toxic or radioactive waste, municipal solid waste, asbestos, liquid waste, contaminated soil or drums and tanks, or any amount of waste listed or characterized as hazardous by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or any other applicable federal or state law or agency. For this reason, hazardous materials found in our dumpster will be returned to the customer for proper disposition. HazMat resulting in fines will be the responsibility of the party that rented the dumpster.   
  • Listed below are some  common prohibited  hazardous materials that we do not accept:
  • appliances containing Freon (a/c  units, freezers, refrigerators)
  • asbestos
  • batteries
  • electronic devices with circuit      boards (DVDs, VCRs, radios, video game consoles)
  • fluorescent bulbs
  • fuels (gas, diesel, propane)
  • garden/lawn chemicals (herbicides, insecticides, pesticides)
  • medical waste (bio hazard)
  • office equipment (fax machines,  phones, printers)
  • oil (motor, hydraulic, cooking)
  • paint (oil, aerosol or wet latex)
  • poisons of any kind
  • propane tanks (empty or full)
  • tires (on or off the rims)
  • televisions and computer (including keyboards, laptops,  monitors, and mice)

  • Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Performance Roll Off Systems against any damages, fines, or penalties arising from  transportation of the above material.     
  • Restrictions and fees may also apply to appliances, refrigerators,  freezers, mattresses, air conditioners, tires, monitors, computers and  televisions.

  • Equipment Responsibility and Liability: Customer will be responsible  for any loss or damage to the equipment (containers/dumpsters) other than normal wear and tear.  Customer will be responsible for ensuring that legal loading equipment is used and will indemnify Performance Roll Off  Systems for any overweight fees, assessments or charges of any type incurred while hauling on behalf of the customer/client.   
  • Client/Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Performance Roll Off Systems against all claims, penalties, suits,  damages, and liabilities for injury or death to persons or loss or damage  to property from Customer's use, operation, or possession of any equipment or material provided by Performance Roll Off Systems.   
  • Pavement Damage. Customer agrees that Performance  Roll Off will not be responsible for any damage to Customer’s/Client’s  pavement, asphalt, or curbs resulting from the weight of the vehicles servicing, picking up or delivering equipment.   
  • Permits: We are happy to deliver/service customers/clients in Denver but be aware that if the container is to be on the street, Denver requires a permit which is an additional charge. Other municipalities/towns/cities have regulations and permit requirements concerning placing dumpsters in the street, private properties, and any other public right of way.  It is the responsibility of the customer to contact/purchase and supply any necessary permits. Performance Roll Off Systems is not responsible for obtaining any permits.
